TACIP Launch In Arusha

The Tanzania Arts and Crafts Identification Project (TACIP) was officially launched in Tanzania by the representative of the Regional Commissioner – Kabesi Kabenya. The region was excited to be part of the project as it has helped a wide range of the artists in other regions. Mr. Kabenya has urged the artisans and craftsmen to take the project as an opportunity to take part to the next level.

The members of the TACIP steering team also implemented a short training session on how the artisans and craftsmen in Tanzania can be able to use technology to reach out to their potential clients using tools such as e-Commerce and e-Payment platforms.
