DataVision hands over assessors’ contracts today

As we are heading towards the field data collection for the DFID Payment by Results (PbR) scheme in Tanzania’s rural water sub-sector which is under the Ministry of Water and Irrigation, DataVision International today handed the contracts to the final field assessors prior to the implementation.

The Payment by Results (PbR) scheme seeks to provide incentive to Local Government Authorities to effectively monitor and maintain their water infrastructure, and the modality synchronicity well with achievement of the Government plans to ensure sustainability.
