PSGP to reinvent Security Guards Recruitment

Consultants from DataVision, who are the technical lead for the Private Sector Governance Portal project are now in the process of restructuring the security guards recruitment with the objective of standardizing the whole process.

The Private Security Sector Management can now be able to choose potential guards from a pool of fully registered guards under the PSGP and also filter according to their demands such as Gender, Age Range, Experience and many more.

This is yet another step in ensuring that the country is fully secured by conducting effective due-diligence to all the potential security guards who will be employed within this sector. The PSGP stakeholders are constantly working hard to ensure that the PSGP project is efficiently regulated as it plays a major role in each and everyone’s security.
